Fusion Medical Staffing, in Peoria, IL, seeks a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment. You will support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients and equipment, and collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications. Prefer radiologic technologist licensure and additional certifications such as PALS or ENPC.

Formación

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters and equipment and operating fluoroscopy.
• Operate imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field and infection control protocols.
• Maintain documentation for patient records and equipment logs.
• Assist with inventory management and supply stocking.
• Adhere to radiation safety and hospital policies.
