Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Tech to support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a Glenwood Springs, CO facility. You will prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamics, assist physicians during procedures, and ensure patient safety in a high-pressure environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recent Cath Lab experience and current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have one year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; ARRT/RCES/RCIS eligible.
• Team player with strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field per protocol.
• Document patient data, imaging, and equipment logs.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety regulations.
• Assist with supply stocking and inventory management.
• Adhere to radiation safety and hospital policies.
