Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is recruiting a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Mount Vernon, WA. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, monitoring hemodynamics, and supporting physicians during procedures.

The position requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications, with a focus on patient safety and high performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Assist with passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents
• Operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field
• Maintain documentation of patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and infection control guidelines
