Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Akron, Ohio. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, assisting during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, and maintaining patient safety throughout the process.

Required qualifications include 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification. Strong teamwork and critical thinking are essential in this high‑stakes environment.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate and maintain imaging and monitoring equipment.
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup.
• Maintain documentation and inventory; ensure infection control.
