Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Akron, Ohio. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, supporting physicians during procedures, and ensuring patient safety in a high-pressure cardiovascular lab.

Requirements include 1 year of Cath Lab experience and BLS/ACLS; ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications are preferred. Radiologic technologist licensure and PALS/ENPC are a plus. Comprehensive benefits accompany this travel position.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and radiology certifications required.
• 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience required.
• ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications preferred.
• PALS/ENPC preferred; radiologic technologist license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab.
• Prepare patients and equipment, monitor hemodynamic data, and ensure patient safety.
• Pass catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and document imaging data and equipment logs.
