Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a 12-week travel assignment in San Francisco, CA. The RN will join a skilled Cath Lab team, assist during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty and electrophysiology procedures, and monitor EKG equipment in a fast-paced cardiovascular environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of acute care experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and is able to handle the physical demands of travel nursing.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology procedures.
• Maintain and monitor EKG equipment in a cardiovascular surgical environment.
• Provide support to the Cath Lab team and patient care before, during, and after procedures.
