Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment in La Crosse, WI. The RN handles pre-procedure prep, intra-procedure support, and post-procedure monitoring within the cath lab, working closely with cardiologists and the team.

The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience, active RN licensure, and current BLS and ACLS. Travel benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and 24/7 recruiter support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Cath Lab RN experience.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to procedures, review medical history and perform exams.
• Assist in positioning and ensure EKG leads are placed correctly.
• Assist physicians during catheterization procedures and device placements.
• Operate hemodynamic equipment and monitor cardiac rhythms.
• Monitor vital signs and hemodynamic parameters during procedures.
• Provide post-procedure care and patient recovery support.
• Maintain cath lab equipment and stocking for procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the team, patients, and physicians.
