Job summary

TotalMed Allied has an opening in La Crosse, Wisconsin for a travel Cath Lab Technologist. The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, with 36 hours per week on a 9-hour day shift. Responsibilities include assisting in cardiac catheterization procedures, scrubbing, monitoring, and maintaining equipment.

BLS/ACLS and RCIS/CI certification are preferred, with licensing as required by state. The position is a 13-week travel assignment with benefits and weekly pay through TotalMed Allied.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience preferred
• BLS/ACLS required or eligible
• ARRT (R)‑CI preferred or RCIS certification
• State license where required

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms and stock
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures and calibrate systems
• Operate and ensure quality control of equipment in the cath lab
• Scrub in during procedures and assist the physician
• Record hemodynamic and angiographic data
• Monitor patient hemodynamics during procedures
• Assist with life-saving measures such as CPR when needed
