Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• New York State and/or Connecticut Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience performing radiologic exams.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient for exam and explains procedure in layman's terms.
• Performs radiologic exams, positions patient, and operates x-ray equipment.
• Labels and processes images, maintains records, and ensures proper marking and dating of images.
• Performs related duties as required.
