Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a pediatric cardiac cath lab in Austin, TX. The role requires RT-R (ARRT) or RCIS certification and at least 1 year of experience. Start date is Oct 19, 2026, for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, days shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cath lab experience required.
• RT-R (ARRT) or RCIS certification required if applicable.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pediatric cardiac cath lab procedures (heart, IR, EP).
• Perform active physiological monitoring of heart rate and pressures.
• Communicate patient condition changes to physician and team.
• Support room setup, patient transport, and post-procedure clean-up.
• Adhere to infection control and sharps safety procedures.
