American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of healthcare experience and RCIS, ARRT(VI), or RTRCI certification.

This role supports the Cath Lab department, with a rotating Mon-Fri schedule (0700-1530) or on-call shifts (1530-0700) and weekend coverage. The position uses Epic EMR and requires patient-prep, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• RCIS/ARRT(VI)/RTRCI license required if applicable.
• Epic experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cath Lab department setting.
• Rotating schedule alternating weekly between Mon-Fri day shift (0700-1530) and Mon-Fri call coverage (1530-0700) plus Sat/Sun 0700-0700.
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Assist in preparing patients and procedure rooms for cath lab procedures.
• Scrub for procedures and monitor and record hemodynamic pressures.
• Address health educational needs for patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Manage patient care assignments and related unit operations tasks.
• Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
