Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist with interventional experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a cardiac cath lab setting in Houston, Texas.

Requirements include ARRT and RCIS certifications, BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year in Cath Lab with interventional experience. On-call shifts are required, and candidates must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab experience.
• Interventional experience required.
• EP or IR experience preferred.
• ARRT and RCIS certifications required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with paning x-ray table required.
• License required if applicable.
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration.
• Professional references required (2 references for Florida and Missouri).

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional cardiac and vascular procedures including EPS, PVI, PPM, heart catheterizations, PCI, and IR procedures.
• Assist and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Scrub and circulate for procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Maintain patient safety and quality standards during interventions.
• Educate staff and participate in training initiatives.
