Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Eureka, California. Start date Oct 05, 2026, duration 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts. The role involves coronary and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures in an acute care hospital cath lab.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Cath Lab experience, ARRT-R, BLS, ACLS, and fluoroscopy permit. NIH/Nurse staffing requirements and housing support are noted in the offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience required.
• ARRT-R, BLS, and ACLS certification required.
• Fluoroscopy Permit required (license if applicable).
• RCIS preferred, or acceptable with 5+ years experience.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Proficient in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including PCI, PTCA, and pacemaker insertion.

Responsibilities

• Perform coronary and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures as listed.
• Operate in an acute care cath lab environment.
• Collaborate with cardiology and nursing teams to ensure patient safety.
• Document procedures using Epic EMR and PACS where applicable.
