Job summary

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Eureka, California. The role requires 1 year of cath lab experience and includes 40 hours per week with a 10-hour shift schedule.

The Cath Lab Technologist will scrub in, assist physicians, monitor patients, and help with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac cath lab. State licensing and BLS/ACLS may be required, with ARRT/CI or RCIS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in cath lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cath Lab procedure rooms with stock and sterilization as applicable.
• Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures and calibrate transducers.
• Operate and maintain quality control of cath lab equipment.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physician with catheter maneuvers.
• Record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data.
• Monitor patient hemodynamics during procedures.
• Participate in life‑saving measures including CPR when needed.
