A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Eureka, CA, starting on 05/18/2026. The position involves providing competent, quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department and assisting in various cardiac procedures. Candidates must have a current license, appropriate specialties, and ideally 2 years of Cath Lab experience. Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct, safe, competent, and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assists in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Sustains a high level of patient care by communicating with patients, families, and physicians.
• Functions under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist.
• Assists cardiologist during procedures by operating ancillary equipment and obtaining necessary inventory.
• Assures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Delivers quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintains an environment of excellence, providing timely, compassionate, and quality patient care.
• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment for both staff and customers.
• Prepares and updates patient records accurately and legibly.
