American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cath Lab position in Albuquerque, NM. The role requires cath lab experience and the ability to take call for STEMI or vascular cases.

Active RN license in NM or a compact state is required, with pending NM/Compact license accepted if obtained before start date. Core responsibilities include performing diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, left and right heart catheterization, and Swan-Ganz monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NM or Compact) required; pending NM/Compact license accepted if obtained prior to start.
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; RCIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab
• Perform cardiac cath lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations
• Left and right heart catheterization and pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 to 17:30, totaling 36 hours per week
• Call requirement of 8-12 days per month for STEMI or vascular cases
• Floating to like units within scope may be required based on facility needs
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures for adult patients
