Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential for this position.
  • Familiarity with carpentry techniques including assembly, installation, electrical work, plumbing, stucco, and fixture installation.

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specs.
  • Assemble and install structures and fixtures from wood and plywood.
  • Perform electrical work as needed, ensuring safety standards.
  • Plumb and install fixtures to design specifications.
  • Apply stucco finishes to surfaces.
  • Maintain and repair structures as needed.
  • Install flooring materials with precision.
  • Lift heavy materials safely; use team lifting for heavier loads.
  • Collaborate with other trades for seamless project execution.
