Qualifications

• Active MA License required (Massachusetts) and ARRT or RCIS certification.

• 2–3 years Cath Lab experience including telemetry, IABP, Impella preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the cath lab environment for interventional procedures with sterile technique.
• Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures with imaging support and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Operate and troubleshoot cath lab imaging systems; monitor patient status with telemetry and hemodynamics.
• Document procedures accurately and communicate findings to the team; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Assist with post-procedure care, patient transfer, and room turnover; respond to emergencies and code events.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support workflow and maintain supplies.

Requirements

• Active MA License
• Certifications: ARRT or RCIS; BLS; ACLS
• Experience: 2-3 years in a Cath Lab, with Impella, telemetry, and IABP experience
• Competency: able to independently read telemetry strips and pass a telemetry exam on day 1 with 85% or better
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cath lab environment and adhere to patient-care standards
• Compliance with facility policies and safety regulations
