Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Boston, MA. The role requires independent telemetry interpretation with day-one competency, 40 hours per week, 13 weeks, starting 10/26/2026, in a cath lab setting within a healthcare facility.

On-call nights and weekends, plus one major holiday, with a 30-minute callback. Local rate option applies for residents within 50 miles, with $10 less than posted rate.

Qualifications

• Active MA License required (Massachusetts) and ARRT or RCIS certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) credentials required.
• 2–3 years Cath Lab experience including telemetry, IABP, Impella preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the cath lab environment for interventional procedures with sterile technique.
• Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures with imaging support and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Operate and troubleshoot cath lab imaging systems; monitor patient status with telemetry and hemodynamics.
• Document procedures accurately and communicate findings to the team; ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Assist with post-procedure care, patient transfer, and room turnover; respond to emergencies and code events.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support workflow and maintain supplies.
