Job summary

Hawthorne Health is expanding its Home Network and seeking dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to conduct in-home imaging visits across the U.S. during a 3-4 month contract.

You will travel regionally, up to ~25 visits per month, and receive a monthly stipend plus travel reimbursement. Responsibilities include setting up portable ultrasound equipment at patient homes, performing echocardiograms and vascular studies, obtaining consent, ensuring image quality, labeling for review,

Qualifications

• Active registration in cardiac and vascular imaging required.
• Full-time or near full-time availability.
• BLS certification required.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes for imaging visits (average 25/month).
• Set up portable ultrasound equipment at home locations.
• Explain procedures and obtain informed cooperation from participants.
• Perform echocardiograms and vascular imaging per protocol.
• Ensure high-quality images are properly labeled for review.
