Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Evansville, Indiana. This night shift role runs 12 hours (6:30 PM–7:00 AM), with four shifts per week and cross-campus float potential; Indiana license or compact license is required after submission.

Required: 12 months of Cardiac/Telemetry experience (plus 3 months in the last 12 months), Epic proficiency, trauma level 2, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, and ability to pass tele tests; local not allowed and pre-employment modules

Qualifications

• 2 years of strong Cardiac/Tele experience; Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
• Skillset: Tele/12-lead EKG interpretation (TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO PASS TELE TESTS), Initiate/titrate drips (antiarrhythmics, Heparin, amino, etc.). PIV insertion, chest tube/indwelling drain management, CBI, stables drips (heparin, lasix, protonix), antidysrhythmic (Cardizem, tikosyn dosing, amio), nephrostomy tubes.
• Teaching hospital, may require precepting of students & new-hires
