The role requires ADN completion, Indiana license or compact license, Epic experience, and 2 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience with 12 months recent.

Qualifications

• 12 months of RN experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
• ADN completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Circumstances of high-acuity Tele/M/S with cardiac-heavy patient population.
• May float to Deaconess Newburgh (IN) and Deaconess Henderson (KY) campuses as needed.
• Work nights with 12-hour shifts; 36–48 hours per week; every 6 weeks schedule.
• Provide direct patient care, monitor telemetry and administer meds as ordered.
• Follow precepting and onboarding requirements for new hires.
