LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for a Stepdown Unit in a travel position, delivering specialized cardiac care to patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units.

Your responsibilities include monitoring rhythms, administering meds, assisting with procedures, and educating patients while maintaining safety and infection control. Candidates need one year of Stepdown RN experience and active RN license with BLS/ACLS; PCCN/NIHSS preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Valid RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred PCCN and NIHSS.
• Must demonstrate critical thinking, communication, physical stamina, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and assist with cardiac procedures.
• Observe patient responses and respond to emergencies.
• Document assessments and educate patients on cardiac health.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure safety and infection control protocols.
