Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Stepdown Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units. You will interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, and coordinate with the care team to ensure patient-centered care.

The role requires critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, and proficiency with telemetry equipment to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent stepdown experience.
• Valid RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• PCCN or NIHSS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor telemetry.
• Administer medications and assist with cardiac procedures.
• Monitor patient safety and document assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
