Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The role requires strong cath lab interventional experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Arizona licensing requirements apply, and candidates must not reside in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Current professional license/certification for Cardiac Cath Lab Interventionalist.
• Recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/interventional cardiology setting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Ability to work independently while functioning in a multidisciplinary team.
• Current BLS and any required specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary angiography and PCI.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor them peri-procedurally.
• Operate and/or assist with cath lab equipment and technology.
• Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, nurses, technologists, anesthesia, and others.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and procedural complications.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies and standards of care.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability in a new environment.
