Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Burn ICU RN for a night shift in a Level II Trauma Center. Requires 2+ years of critical care experience and a CT or Compact RN license.

Responsibilities include providing intensive care to burn and critical patients, using Epic charting, and participating in emergency response activities. Night shifts are 19:00–07:30 with every other weekend. Local candidates outside travel policy are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Active CT or Compact RN license required.
• 2+ years of recent critical care experience (1.5 years for Level I trauma or travel experience).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Epic charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing to burn and critical care patients with complex respiratory, cardiac, and neuro needs.
• Care for Burn ICU patients in a Level II Trauma Center on a night shift (3x12-hour shifts).
• Use Epic charting system and participate in emergency response activities.
• Floating as needed and adherence to facility protocols.
