CME Corp is a field-based biomedical equipment service provider seeking a BMET to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair a wide range of biomedical equipment across the Midwest.

Ideal candidates are based in the Chicago, IL area with willingness to travel regionally to hospitals and clinics. This role offers training and support to build a successful career in biomedical equipment service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or military BMET training or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are required.
• Experience with electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and related tech.
• Experience using diagnostic and calibration equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based apps.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair biomedical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections per manufacturer/regulatory guidelines.
• Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports.
• Communicate repair status and customer concerns clearly.
