Job summary

Lindmark Companies is seeking a Billboard Installer for travel across New Mexico. The role involves climbing up to 125 feet, working outdoors in all weather, and installing billboard signs with safety as a priority.

Schedule is full-time, with occasional weekends. Training pay is $18.50/hr; after training, base pay is $7.25/hr plus piece rate and bonuses. Weekly pay, meal allowance, and hotel stays are provided during travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical strength to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Climb ladders up to 125 feet and work from elevated platforms.
• Install and maintain billboard signs and posters.
• Travel extensively across New Mexico; lodging and meals included.
• Operate basic tools and learn welding/torch equipment.
