Job summary

Lindmark Companies is seeking a Billboard Installer to travel across the Oklahoma and Arkansas region, climbing structures up to 125 feet tall to install and maintain signs and bulletins.

The full-time role requires outdoor work in all weather, with training pay of $18.50/hr. After training you earn $7.25/hr plus piece-rate pay and bonus contests, with weekly wages and paid hotels during travel, plus meals and health insurance after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Light construction or hands-on experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical strength and stamina, comfortable at heights.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders up to 125 feet daily.
• Work from elevated platforms up to 70% of the day, safely.
• Install and maintain billboard signs and bulletins.
• Lift/carry up to 100 lbs with safe technique.
• Operate tools: welders, torches, chainsaws, compressors, etc.
• Travel across OK, AR, and surrounding states; hotels provided.
• Work outdoors in all weather; follow safety protocols.
• Potential long days; schedule may end at sundown.

Essential Functions:

• Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders—up to 125 feet—multiple times daily.


• Work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of your day—while always staying safe.


• Install and maintain billboard signs, including posters and bulletins.


• Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.


• Operate and learn to use tools like welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, chainsaws, compressors, and more.


• Travel extensively across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and Louisiana (hotels and $30/day meals paid!).


• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.


• Follow safety protocols without exception—your life depends on it!


• Weekly Schedules may require long days (sunup to sundown). When Schedule is completed, the workweek could end.

Requirements

Required Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.


• Light construction or similar hands-on experience preferred.


• Valid driver’s license and clean background.


• Ability to pass a drug test.


• Physical strength, stamina, and comfort working at extreme heights.


• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).


• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Important Physical Requirements:

• Must weigh under 265 lbs. due to equipment safety ratings.


• Full range of motion required to install signage.


• Comfortable working outdoors in all climates.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday through Friday schedule (with occasional weekend work).


• $18.50/hour during training.


• After training: $7.25/hour base + Piece Rate pay + bonus contests for extra earnings!


• Weekly pay, hotel covered during travel, and daily meals of $30.


• Medical Insurance and Paid Time Off after 60 days.
