Responsibilities

• Inspect homes after each guest checkout and prior to homeowner arrival to ensure the home is in the best condition.
• Travel between properties performing inspections and assist guests with issues that cannot be resolved by the guest services team.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and tightening fixtures.
