Dent Wizard is recruiting an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to travel to customer sites and perform high‑quality reconditioning, from paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. You’ll prep, blend, and finish surfaces, working at partner locations with minimal supervision and a customer‑first approach.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package; first-year earnings commonly range from $50,000 to $75,000

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
