Job summary

Talarico for Texas is seeking a Travel Associate to join James Talarico's US Senate campaign in Austin. This full-time, paid role supports travel operations and logistics for staff and provides on-the-road coordination.

You will help manage campaign travel, maintain vehicles, and assist with budget tracking and scheduling, with nontraditional hours typical of a statewide campaign.

Qualifications

• Experience in political campaigns, government offices, scheduling, operations, event and travel coordination, or other relevant experience
• Experience coordinating complex logistics, calendars, or travel arrangements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting schedules
• Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Exhibits discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive political, personal, and confidential information
• Comfortable with nontraditional hours, reflecting the pace and demands of a statewide campaign

About the Role

The Travel Associate will support travel operations and logistics for staff while providing seamless day to day coordination and on the road support across the campaign.

Location: Austin, Texas (Statewide Travel Required)

Salary: $5,000 per month
