Talarico for Texas is seeking an Operations Manager to join James Talarico's US Senate campaign. This full-time, paid role suits a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps teams coordinated, and ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The Operations Manager will oversee daily campaign headquarters operations, supervise Operations Associates, and manage administrative and logistical systems that keep the campaign running smoothly, with salary of $6,000–$7,000

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in political campaigns, government offices, operations, or other relevant experience.
• Experience supervising staff or managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces under pressure.
• Exhibits discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive political, personal, and confidential information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable with nontraditional hours, reflecting the pace and demands of a statewide campaign.
• Commitment to the mission, values, and success of the Talarico for Texas campaign.

Responsibilities

About the Role? Talarico for Texas is hiring an Operations Manager to join James Talarico's US Senate campaign. The Operations Manager will manage daily campaign headquarters operations, supervise Operations Associates, and oversee the administrative and logistical systems which keep the campaign running smoothly. This role is responsible for maintaining strong operations processes, supporting staff, and ensuring campaign priorities are executed effectively.
