The US-Air-Combat-Command at Tyndall AFB, FL seeks a dedicated Information Tickets and Travel Clerk to assist military personnel and civilian travelers with reservations and ticketing. You will provide courteous service, process transactions, and help travelers navigate regulations and procedures.
Experience with travel software and office applications is preferred. Training is provided; on-site work with regular hours.
This position will be assigned to the Information Tickets and Travel office located at Tyndall AFB, FL.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Desirable to have experience with professional travel agent computer based travel reservation and ticketing software. Knowledge of computer programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook as well as internet. Extremely customer oriented and possess excellent customer service skills. Should have cashier, and simple bookkeeping/accounting experience. Must possess skills in dealing with the public.
