Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel across facilities in the upper Midwest, delivering compassionate direct resident care and ensuring residents’ choices are respected. You will report condition changes to RN/LPN, and chart in the POC system while demonstrating strong time management across a Benedictine region.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification on file
• Willing to travel to Benedictine region as needed

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As a CNA-NAR (Float) you operate on the front lines and ensure our residents are treated with dignity and respect, as well as choices within their lives.

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.
