Job summary

GenPro Energy Solutions is seeking motivated Apprentice Electricians to join the Field Operations team. You will assist with the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of PV solar systems on commercial and utility-scale projects.

Through GenPro's Electrical Apprenticeship Program you will gain hands-on training under licensed electricians while traveling to project sites across multiple states. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver License with acceptable driving record, preferably CDL.
• Prior electrical experience or technical school degree is desired.
• Experience in renewable energy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in and complete GenPro's Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
• Support licensed electricians with installation and maintenance of PV solar systems.
• Follow safety policies and electrical codes on every project.
• Travel to project sites and work extended hours as needed.
