Job summary

Paradise Energy Solutions is seeking Solar PV Installers to install ground‑mount and roof‑mount solar systems for commercial and agricultural projects across the mid‑Atlantic. On‑the‑job training and an electrical apprenticeship program are provided to qualified candidates.

You will read drawings, apply NEC code requirements, and perform mechanical and electrical work with a team of installers, traveling to job sites and branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction-related fields; on-the-job training offered.
• Able to climb ladders and work on roofs; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Knowledge of NEC code; reading drawings; associate degree or trade certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install solar PV systems on ground‑mount and roof‑mount.
• Assist layout and site preparation; perform mechanical and electrical work.
• Travel to job sites and support branch locations as needed.
