Job summary

Prime Partners in Cleveland, OH, seeks experienced Alarm Technicians to install, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm, intrusion, and access control systems on large commercial projects. This full-time role focuses on daytime hours with regional travel of 2–4 weeks per assignment, with company vehicles and per diem provided during travel.

The ideal candidate will install, troubleshoot, and maintain systems from multiple manufacturers, ensure code compliance, and deliver high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Proven experience to install, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm, intrusion/burglar, and access control systems in commercial environments.
• Experience with installation, servicing, and commissioning of fire alarm, intrusion, and access control platforms.
• State-required low-voltage, alarm, fire, or security licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm, intrusion/burglar, and access control systems across large commercial facilities and construction sites.
• Program, inspect, test, and commission systems to ensure full functionality and code compliance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical drawings.
• Travel to project locations while maintaining company safety standards.
