This role supports selling international and domestic travel products and services, with a path to promotion to Travel Agent within about six months.

You'll learn to use lead management tools, advise on travel requirements, and maintain confidentiality of client information under Club policies.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 1-3 years travel agency or sales experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of the organization’s operating areas and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of computer systems used for travel requests.
• Windows, Outlook, Word, Internet skills required.
• Familiarity with travel vendor portals and Club systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell foreign and domestic travel products and services to clients.
• Utilize lead management tools to cultivate new and repeat business.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, protection plans, and trip advisories.
• Document all transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Develop product knowledge for the Preferred Supplier program and cross-sell goals.
• Research rates and configurations for air, car, hotel, rail reservations and ticketing.
