While travel planning can be a lot of fun, it takes a great attention to detail. Although we focus on Disney planning, Dream Trip Destinations is a full-service agency that books cruises, all inclusive resorts, and vacations all around the globe.

Dream Trip Destinations offers:

• Individualized support as needed
• Competitive commission splits (discussed during a 30-minute phone call)
• Shared social media graphic and promo files
• Team atmosphere
• Access to apply for your own CLIA card for travel incentives and discounts (based upon required qualifications)

General Info:

• Travel planners are independent contractors with the agency - not employees.
• Travel planners receive 1099s for tax purposes.
• We are not a "hosted" agency. We are an independent agency with an owner.
• Our agency email accounts are through Google Workspace, so each agent pays the monthly fee that we are charged by Google for their email account. Currently, that amount is approximately $8/month. This also gives you access to all that Google Workspace has to offer - Forms, Sheets, Google Drive, and so much more.
• Agents do not have the opportunity (or expectation) to bring other agents/planners into the agency under them, as is the model for a MLM (multi-level marketing) agency. We focus on relationships with our clients and providing excellent planning experiences for everyone who books any kind of travel element with Dream Trip Destinations.
