You will own the family journey, conduct discovery, deliver program presentations, maintain accurate CRM records, and work to meet enrollment goals while collaborating with Admissions, Legal, and campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the family journey from inquiry through enrollment and first day.
• Respond promptly and follow up with prospective families.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand student needs and barriers to enrollment.
• Deliver compelling program presentations to families across channels.
• Maintain complete CRM records with clear notes and next steps.
• Forecast enrollment and report metrics across programs.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and campus tours, events, and open houses.
