Title: Occupational Therapist. Location: 1200 Northside Forsyth Drive, Cumming GA. Schedule: Day Shift 5*8s; 40 hours/week. Duration: 12 weeks with a standard 8 hour shift and 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of specialty OT experience.
• Active Georgia OT license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• EMR system experience with One Chart and Cerner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute care OT services to hospitalized patients per physician orders.
• Work a 40-hour week with a day shift; weekends may be required.
• Serve patient populations including ICU, stroke/neurological, orthopedics and general debility.
• Assist with holiday coverage: must work 2 of 3 major holidays and 1 minor holiday.
• Coordinate care within hospital teams and document in the EMR.
