Trauma Resolution Therapy Group, Inc. is hiring Assoc and Licensed Therapists for a full-time on-site role in Long Beach, CA. You will provide individual and group therapy using the Trauma Resolution Therapy protocol and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires CA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PhD/DBT/IFS training), strong trauma-focused clinical skills, careful documentation, and a commitment to ongoing supervision and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active licensure or associate registration in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD/PhD, AMFT, ASW, APCC).
• Training in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, IFS, and DBT with willingness to deepen skills.
• Trauma-informed, client-centered care with assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using the Trauma Resolution Therapy protocol and other modalities.
• Complete assessments and develop trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in supervision and training.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and coordinate care with other providers as needed.
