Job summary

Stella Mental Health in Provo, Utah is seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW) to join our team. You will help patients heal from complex trauma and treatment‑resistant conditions using leading‑edge interventional treatments in a hybrid clinic environment.

You will provide pre‑ and post‑ketamine psychotherapy, develop measurable treatment plans, conduct assessments, and deliver CBT, DBT, and ACT. Strong communication and a calm, nonjudgmental presence are essential to support patient safety

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active, unrestricted LCSW license in Utah.
• Clinical experience treating mental health conditions with CBT, DBT, and/or ACT.
• Calm, warm, nonjudgmental presence during emotionally intense sessions.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Provo, UT clinic 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-ketamine psychotherapy, including preparation and integration.
• Maintain a safe, calm environment and collaborate with medical providers.
• Facilitate ongoing integration and behavioral health treatment for sustainable progress.
• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk screenings.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans and document progress.
• Deliver CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed psychotherapy modalities.
• Conduct suicide risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
• Promote engagement and continuity of care through strong therapeutic rapport.
