Job summary

Sundance Behavioral Resources, part of Optum, seeks a part-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Provo office. Benefit from flexible scheduling and a hybrid 50/50 work arrangement.

You will conduct mental health and substance use assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse patients, with autonomy to set your own schedule. Ideal candidates will have strong documentation skills in EHR, track progress, and contribute to outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Therapist in Utah
• Experience with mental health and substance use populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments for mental health and substance use concerns
• Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) to individuals and families
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Support patient growth efforts through profile/marketing participation
