Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join a collaborative team providing screening, assessment and treatment for children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma in community settings. You will deliver individual, family and group counseling and document progress in EMR, collaborating with partners to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field required.
• Four years of professional experience in mental health or substance use; BA may substitute.
• Must hold a licensure such as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT-MHSP or Licensed Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessment and individual, family and group therapy for trauma victims.
• Develop, implement and update treatment plans with input from client and family.
• Enter progress notes into EMR in a timely manner.
• Conduct crisis intervention and collaborate with community partners.
