Mass General Brigham is seeking an RN for Ellison 7, a 36-bed adult inpatient trauma and surgical unit in Boston. You will provide highly specialized nursing care during complex trauma and diverse surgical procedures, in a setting committed to mentorship and education with local nursing schools.

The role supports professional growth and teamwork within a fast-paced environment, with rotating day/night shifts, weekend/holiday requirements, and dedicated education opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred.
• A minimum of one year of RN experience is required.
• Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Licenses: Registered Nurse RN - MA License required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the plan of medical care and assess nursing decisions.
• Provide individualized nursing care and ensure safe, competent nursing care.
• Evaluate nursing care for groups of patients.
