Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for its Trauma and Surgical Critical Care team. You will care for complex, high-acuity patients and work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced academic healthcare setting.

The role includes 13-hour day shifts, rotating between Trauma and Surgical Critical Care, and occasional on-call in rare circumstances.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required.
• Acute Care board certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ACNP or AGACNP experience required.
• Graduate of PA program; NCCPA certification preferred; Master’s degree preferred; Minimum 1 year PA experience.

Aufgaben

• Care for complex, high-acuity trauma and surgical critical care patients.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, APPs, nurses and care team.
• Rotate between Trauma and Surgical Critical Care service lines.
• Participate in the education of military PAs, residents, and APP Fellows.
