Position Overview

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery, is seeking two acute care surgeons at Froedtert Menomonee Falls, our largest affiliated community hospital. We are establishing an Acute Care Surgery program with four surgeons, aiming to foster a new general surgical practice. This position is open at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma and acute care surgical services at Froedtert Menomonee Falls.
• Participate in the development and growth of the new Acute Care Surgery program.
• Contribute to academic activities, including teaching and research.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Board certification/eligibility in surgical critical care is preferred but not required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
• Interest in developing an Acute Care Surgery program and expanding community surgical services.
