Job summary

StaffMed Health Partners is collaborating with a major healthcare system in Dallas/Fort Worth to recruit a Trauma Surgeon for a busy Level 2 center. You will join a well-established team of trauma surgeons and APPs providing high-quality care.

Required board certification or eligibility in surgery and surgical critical care; robotic experience is highly preferred. Expect about 15 shifts per month, 12 hours each, with a focus on outcomes, collegiality, and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in surgery and surgical critical care.
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery is preferred.
• Join a team of 11 surgeons, 4 dedicated to trauma services.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma surgery care at a Level 2 Trauma Center.
• Work approximately 15, 12-hour shifts per month.
• Collaborate with APPs and the trauma team to improve outcomes and balance workflow.
